It is available for the big factory which has the high cleaning requirements. Such as large scale microelectronics cleaning room, the air supply volume of the single MAU product is around 100000-120000m³/h. Based on the high energy consumption issue of microelectronic purification air conditioning systems, a more energy-efficient MAU+DC+FFU system solution is usually adopted. MAU(Make-up air unit) is not only responsible for removing the large particles and chemical pollutants (AMC) from the fresh air, but also bears the load of fresh air and the full humidity load. And it maintain the positive pressure requirements of the cleaning room.
The functions of the MAU unit are relatively complex, generally containing 16-20 functional segments according to different functional requirements. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the purification function, four levels of filtration are usually set up. In addition to the primary and medium efficiency filter, it also equipped with the chemical filter. And use the high efficiency filter as the final filter for the air outlet of the unit.
Usually, the external static pressure of MAU machine is around 800Pa, and the total pressure is around 2500-3000Pa. The air supply fan is installed in the rear of the unit, usually only the chemical filter section, high efficiency filter section, and air outlet section are installed behind it.
Usually, the direct connected fan and variable frequency motors are configured to adapt to the resistance changes during the operation of various functional sections of the unit. And ensure the fresh air volume and maintain the positive pressure of the cleaning room.
